FootballIO: Haxball with Bots

A while back I started working on bots for Haxball. If you are not familiar go check it out. It is a simple yet skill based and addictive web game. Calling my game “FootballIO” but it is intended for Haxball players. After three weeks of banging my head on the wall and my fingers on my keyboard, the first version of the game is live!

The current map is based on the AF (American Futsal) map. You can join the AF community on discord here.

I’ll work on training the bot further so that it can beat pro players. I’m also planning to add a 2v2 map with local multiplayer similar to current version and later on networking. Follow me to get updated on the progress.

Go play against the first version of the bot. It plays at a beginner level. If you are a veteran Haxball player, you will have no problem beating the bot. I’m not sure the next version though!
